Refund claims are eligible for processing if: (a) you are the original payee or rightful claimant; (b) the claim is supported by valid documentation; (c) your identity has been successfully verified; (d) the claim falls within our accepted categories.
Once submitted, claims enter a review process: (1) Initial submission and reference number issued; (2) Identity verification check; (3) Claim details verification; (4) Admin review and decision; (5) Payout on approval. The full process typically takes 5–7 business days.
Account Activation Fee: A one-time fee of $300 is required before your first withdrawal. This fee covers account verification and setup. Withdrawal Processing Fee: 1.5% of the withdrawal amount, deducted from your Personal Balance. All fees are non-refundable once processed.
Approved funds can be disbursed via Bank Transfer, Zelle, Apple Pay, Wire Transfer, Check, Cryptocurrency, and other available methods. Processing times vary by method (instant to 10 business days).
If a claim is denied, you will receive written notification with the reason. You may appeal a decision by resubmitting with additional supporting documentation within 30 days of the denial notice.
You may cancel a pending claim before it enters the review stage. Once under review, cancellation may not be possible. Contact support immediately if you wish to cancel a submitted claim.
Any claim found to be fraudulent will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities. Nova Payouts reserves the right to pursue legal remedies.
If you believe a payout was incorrect, contact support within 14 days of the transaction. We will investigate and resolve genuine errors within 5 business days.
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including banking disruptions, regulatory actions, natural disasters, or technical failures of third-party payment networks.
This Refund Policy may be updated periodically. The current version always applies to new claims submitted after the update date.
