A one-time account activation fee and a withdrawal processing fee apply. All fees are clearly disclosed before any transaction. Fees are non-refundable once processed.
Approved payouts are processed within the stated timeframes. Payout timelines may vary depending on the selected method and external processing partners. Nova Payouts is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
You agree not to: (a) submit false claims; (b) use the Platform for money laundering; (c) impersonate others; (d) attempt to circumvent security measures; (e) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
All content, logos, and software on this Platform are the property of Nova Payouts and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.
Nova Payouts is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
